yep, I think that's a decent back-of-durry-packet calc. The JV also makes more money on top of this for supplying blocks, with minimal waste making this similarly efficient. Obviously you have to deduct technicians wages, maintenance etc but if it makes $1m USD a year profit that's an outstanding ROI for a $2m machine. And the tech is only going to get better, quicker and more efficient.
