You are right. If CRH informed FBR that the deal was not to be made, they would have to inform the market as this is material information. So its alive!
I imagine that there are lots of details to figure out still. Especially if there is some renegotiation going on. Why wouldn't CRH want a stake in FBR if they know they are going to use WAAS going forward or like Spook suggests, first crack at the Australia market.
