Recently I went to a local Italian restaurant and was so pleased with my meal that I asked to speak to the chef.
The owner proudly led me into the kitchen and introduced me to chef Antonio.

"Your veal parmigiana was superb," I said. "I just spent a month in Italy, and yours is better than any I ever had over there."

"Naturally," huffed chef Antonio, liberally sharing the lambrusca between pan and mouth, "Over there, they use domestic cheese.....mine is imported!"
