Can anyone explain why Kidman Resources which has little more...

Can anyone explain why Kidman Resources which has little more than a claim to some land with lithium deposits is trouncing Galaxy with their share price. It's as if the market was treating Galaxy as a scam or a fraudulent stock scheme. Last time I checked Galaxy was supposed to be a 'producing spodumene miner' whereas Kidman has nothing more than a land lease....and probably a couple years away from taking anything out of the ground. Is there a schizophrenic market maker working their shares...or is the public just stupid....or are we stupid for believing what Anthony and the boys are telling us?
