As far as I know BA owned a load of lithium tenements and SDV was purchased from them by Lithium One which was then taken over by Galaxy.
Must have left a 1% clause on it - and in hindsight would have possibly been better to buy them out for these little deals they had. ORE picked them up for $8.5m and the rights would have passed on to them.
Orocobre is in a different area to SDV so it has nothing to do with actual access.

Looks to be an indefinite buy out for $1m or we pay 1%.
Something that can be easily left to later and bought out with SDV's first year's production paycheque.
