Hi A/C, I thought that you had found yourself a job elsewhere writing up the lithium news! If you and others here, were writing up the news in newspapers, investing publications, and other investing arenas, then retail investors would be piling into GXY at a rate of knots. I sometimes read these articles indicating oversupply issues, lithium bubble bursting, and so on, however, it always hits me, while I'm reading, about the huge global demand for lithium that is emerging with the rise of EVs, battery storage, and other residential and commercial applications, that how on earth will enough of this battery grade lithium, which will be needed to meet these huge global targets, be sourced over the short term.
Whenever I read some of these analysts' reports, and read opinion and commentary from those in the industry, I know which side doesn't stack up. I can see why potential investors would be confused about whether to invest, as the more negative news reporting does have more of an impact on investor decisions, as it tends to feed directly into peoples' tendencies to focus on worst case scenario first. I really like the Joe Lowry forecast of north of 300kt demand by 2020! It puts the Mt Cattlin expansion/construction and shipment delays into context, and it shows me that management have the vision and foresight to capitalise on this demand, by taking a longer term focus, and not just concentrating on delivering less than spectacular short term gains.
@Thesi... I hope that you will reconsider your decision and continue to post here, even if you cannot include much of this information from other sources.
