doesn't matter what the propping of the value is prior to the SPP, it only matters post SPP. take away any propping action and see where the real share price will likely end up - if only i had that kind of crystal ball eh.
with the large number of shares at 6.25c for JEF, he doesn't need it to move much for him to realise a reasonable gain, not to even mention his cash renumeration.
Just would have expected JEF to have been given performance options instead, vested as some say well above the current SP. Doesn't really give him much of an incentive otherwise.
