General shareholders meeting?

"On 27 February 2018, the Company executed a legally binding agreement with the vendors
of Mt Roe Mining Pty Ltd to vary the transaction expiry date under the Sale and Purchase Agreement to 28 May 2018 (“Variation”). The Company has also executed a legally binding agreement with RM Corporate Finance Pty Ltd to extend the expiry date of its corporate advisory mandate until 28 May 2018 (“Extension”).
The Variation and Extension was executed to allow the Company more time to hold a general meeting of shareholders for the purpose of shareholders considering and voting on the resolutions relating to the acquisition of Mt Roe Mining Pty Ltd."
