I agree there should be accountability but they could easily solve this problem by getting a further extension to both the transaction expiry date and the RM mandate. However, if they didn't & failed to hold a General Meeting within the specified time, what do you think the dollar cost would be to the Company ?If I don't hear back in another day or so, I will contact them again.
