Typically when you make these statements it's always good to back it up with evidence or at least detail your calculated assumption on what is fair value. I'm not saying you're right or wrong and I certainly enjoy reading contrary/bear cases that make sense but this one...it's a wonder a mere 12% of the HC community find your posts to provide 'great analysis'.
You look stupid but it's not too late. Feel free to provide some reasonable evidence as to why this is over-priced despite trading at the lowest levels in 3 years, having a drug that is likely going to make $100m p,a of which the 10% cut covers all business expenses, recently acquiring a profitable business in Pax centre on great financial terms to roll out their world leading psychadelics offering, a CEO who just made his first on-market purchase in years (I think), a relatively low SOI count and a cornerstone investor who's a billionaire.
