With our coffers being as porous as they are regarding the managing of funds I'm really not surprised we have been downgraded into junk territory. However it is a beautiful country still and the hope of a better tomorrow keeps us working on it. Besides, if nothing else, we have another 2 years of saying we are the RWC champs
If Orion were only a bit more forthcoming with timelines that would help.
