I am of the opinion that PCL will release the information as soon as it becomes available to them.
ASX listing rules apply to this information as it is the principal activity for PCL and therefore is price sensitive.
Any with holding of this would be in breach and incur penalties .... beside that why would they want to as they already have a heap of shares so I think that they would want the share price to appreciate.
