Let me preface this post with the caveat that I am just hypothesising and speculating to this most extreme and positive outcome of the next 6-12-18-24 months BUT.
Something that always sits in my head when I look at PCL is let's say every box is ticked in a massive way with PEL87;
Great 3d data better than anticipated Quick mobilisation of rig Massive hits with the appraisal well Woodside want to move into production fast
Will we as PCL shareholders see any true value or will Woodside buy us out not cheaply in relation to current SP (maybe 10-20x) current level but in the greater schemes of things a real bargain?
My feeling is they will not let our MC get close to 500-600mil before they make a move.
Anyway just my musings on a Sunday night. I hope we as shareholders are pleasantly surprised at every major junction and are also overwhelmed by PCL BOD in their handling of our future.
