Thanks for the link to the video Sh1n3. An interesting part of it is he says the final survey area was 6,500sqkm, with 5,900sqkm inside PEL87. From the map, it would seems that the remaining 600sqkm lies to the east (and north) of PEL87. FYI, this 600sqkm includes the run-ins/outs of each seismic sail line as well as a bit of area to enable full migration of the data (technical way of saying they can get the full-signal data to the eastern and northern edges of the block). If you look at Chevron's environmental permit (Harmattan's application), you can see they did the same thing.
