    Bee747, yes, Pouyanné did note that, therefore a little odd that Upstream didn't mention it. In any event, it does appear that Venus is his priority...and rightly so.

    OldGeo, I think everything remains lined up geo wise (from my understanding). As reported by Upstream on 24/08, "Citing Wood Mackenzie, Namcor said the juiciest discoveries are Venus with 5.1 billion barrels and Jonker with 2.5 billion barrels, which suggests these Lower and Middle Cretaceous plays are more attractive than Upper Cretaceous finds such as Graff." The results at Cullinan and now Nara seem to indicate that the ideal is Aptian / Lower - Middle Cretaceous. The results of Total's Venus north drill which is "upcoming" will be interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if Tungsten Explorer which is still at Walvis Bay heads there shortly.
