Hi, I'm no oil connoisseur (unless we're talking Italian Olive oil). Could this mean the Location of the well is of high importance, causing delays in ANN as they would want to be sure they get it right the first time? Would they need to disclose the location of the well within PEL87 or just show receipts that it has been scheduled and ready to go. Pending final resting point?
