Maybe the sell down has more to do with the uncertainty occurring in the Middle East than any dissatisfaction with PCL itself.
If the Middle East continues to deteriorate the uncertainty caused may initiate more sell offs.
nothing has been released anywhere to change the potential success for PEL 87 IMHO.
