I can understand why some investors have sold for a semi decent gain, in the event that we don't get an extension, PCL will get slaughtered, and I would think that if it is granted, back to 2+ cents, then positive 3D results and commitment by WDS,who knows where it goes from there, but that extension.....a big question mark hurdle.
