No, but I just can't imagine that the Namibian govt is one to let these majors potter around - they want things happening and happening now. The other aspect is that one would unlikely submit the application if the outcome is not already known. We know that this is to just 'formally' arrange the extension.
What i'm getting at, is that I think the application acceptance may be quickly followed with the farm-in ann. With the 3D survey, Ramform Titan was actually on the block commencing 3 months from the extension being granted.
