I'm not sure that I agree with that statement as I think that they(PCL) are sure of what they believe PEL87 contains and that they are wanting to move this forward as fast as possible ... so I think that they are pushing forward with the extension even though they have not yet received the 3D seismic results. Remember that if they have the 3D seismic results then under the rules of constant reporting they are required to announce 1. that they have the results and 2. what the results reveal.
I think they are being positive in pushing this ahead but without the concrete evidence.
All in my honest opinion.
