Until WDS and PCL announce that a formal agreement has been entered into ... then WDS has no claim to anything in Namibia.
It would be misleading to their shareholders to have written something in their report without the formal legal entity being entered into .... IMHO.
Just chill out people ... an announcement is closer every day.
