The ball is squarely in WDS's court at the moment, and will make full use ot the agreed schedule, why would't they? Iain has the experience to advise PCL and co-ordinate the work that PCL will do in parallel to WDS on the final PSDM and asociated attibute work. WDS will be working in the background on securing long lead time items for the drilling and arranging a rig and associated services. I feel comfortble to sit back and let PCL and WDS do the work and look forward to a positive announcement around the end of May. As for the Namibian Government, second guesing them is a pretty pointless exercise, I am sure they are more than delighted at the level of activity in the Orange Basin and the immediate economic boost it is giving the local economy, and maybe they think in timescales longer than those used by day traders and short term speculators.
