It would cost WDS, but it can afford that really. Just may be that they are also see what is approaching in the horizon in Namibia, a gigantic oil tanker. Don't forget, they probably already have the data that is needed to predict that. Maybe we can take that as good news, but being kept close to the chest for all these discussions!
