I took off my rose coloured glasses a long time ago. Be under no illusion, I am going on past performance with PCL, this is their last shot in my opinion, if they fail for whatever reason, you can watch your investment in PCL become worthless (IMO), if they succeed you can pat yourself on the back and we can all meet and have a few beers, my shout first few rounds in whatever states or territories you all reside. I am not insinuating this is a 50/50 chance of success, some believe it's much higher going on the information gleamed from PCL directors etc, I am a pessimistic person by experience. I hope they pull it off I really do.
