I think that we all need to remember that we are dealing with an African Government who may not process paperwork as efficiently as we would like.
I don't think that the permit renewal is in jeopardy and I think that some shareholders who attended the AGM had discussions with management about PCL's relationship with the responsible Minister.
No news in this case is not bad news.
