I envisage an ann from mgt this week regarding the licence (simply cannot allow it to expire on the 23rd without an ann). Whether that is accomanied by other news time will tell. Then we'll have the quarterly. I believe the Galp news will continue to support the SP and then the licence ann will trigger the next move torwards 3c and beyond. As I've said before, the licence extension effectively guarantees the farm-in imo.
