I am normally against the posts where the company must announce this and this.
However, re the license extension; if the company knows the decision is going to be delayed then it should make an announcement to that effect as soon as it knows that it will be delayed. It is hard to argue that any information about the license extension is not price sensitive. More uncertainty that we certainly do not need.
