Until WDS farms in, PCL is the operator. As such, PCL will be advised of the application status and then pass that information on to JV partners. The only way (imo) that WDS will make an ann now is if they farm in as a result of the successful application. Otherwise, PCL will provide the licence update ann and WDS will continue assessing data.
