they acquired the BHP O&G people and i suspect this has made a fundamental change within and it is indicated by the speed WDS have executed the JV and seismics on PCL ground - the old WDS would still be thinking about it. however i do not know from this point on just how much has changed further up the management/process tree that will ensure as i have posted previously a more efficient and speedy move to drill - the other thing is also that seismic interp these days everywhere seems to take forever - either becuase of the 3D data packages are just huge to work through and or so much industry activity baclog of work for the contractors
