Hi RachelRox, while Sintana would be provided updates as a JV partner (via Custos), I think they would have little idea what WDS has planned. Certainly, PCL as operator would be advised first, then they would update Custos and NAMCOR. This was the order of things with the licence extension.
In terms of Sintana stating the likes of 'drilling Q4' in presentations, they have been doing this for years and should be taken as an estimate rather than based on fact / signed contracts.
The drill date will be known when WDS ann it as the new operator.
