Hi OldGeo (& V10), I am of the belief that Risc might have the position of their Outer High wrong. I've used your edited image OldGeo and overlayed where I think the High should be (black dashed lines). Moosehead-1 was drilled on the high, as was Cullinan-1. These wells both targeted the carbonate features that developed on these "early" formed highs. One of the PCL images you showed labelled the high outboard of Saturn, so seems it extends north of where they have mapped it.
So Mopane was drilled on the high IMHO.
