I have a question... hoping someone can clarify.
I have been a holder of PCL for three years now.
just a small 200,000 units or so... I have bought and sold during this time, and am currently free carrying the remaining 150,000 units.
    However, I want more!
I check in and read this forum often and love all the research and comments.
I've looked under the couch, and found a few more $.
I'm just trying to work out what would be more effective... just buying on market and holding again for a year then hopefully selling at a premium and getting the capital gains.
Or to buy PCLO options... which would give me double the number of units, but then if I converted them once good news arrives... does the capital gains start from that point in time? Or when I bought the options themselves?
Also, what happens to my initial outlay of $ if the good news never arrives and I let the options expire?
    Thanks,
    Yappy
