Agree, the prior conversation was focus of exec decision making. Now that merger is cleared from their agenda, the only barrier to this decision being on Exec/Board agenda would appear to be the ~6 weeks until final data delivery and then however long of the 180 days they choose to take to finalise their due diligence on PCL decision
