By waiting is not doing any work - I specifically said they can do more work, more 3d analysis and gain extra information from drilling at other sites without making a formal decision.
I never said "boys take your time.
In future, please quote what is said and don't make it up!
There can be an internal decision, but there is no need to formalise it.
What are they bringing onto their books by making a decision today? - not a 1BB oil discovery but the expenditure they have already accounted for anyway.
So nothing!
There is no resource without drilling!
A liability to spend 100M + on a future drilling program.
What forecast earnings - they have to drill first.
So perhaps you can answer my question - what advantage does WDS get by making an early formal decision?
