Absolutely. The bigger the prize, the more aggressive the games. They are on the clock now - march/april (as Blake/Jibby has mentioned. Which i'd concur with are circa catalyst timeframes). The psychology behind this is "oh no, I had a chance to sell at 0.020, but now I can only sell at 0.019...I'm scared..". Keep in mind the cosmetic order list (buy/sell orders) can be manipulated - deep liquidity exists offscreen. I'll drop some TA later - but overall it looks like 0.018 will be circa bottom of channel (anything below this is a gift). In saying this, this is still a highly risky play, the next catalyst is effectively a binary outcome - so i can understand some de-risking from scaredy cats.
