WDS doing the go slow will keep the ‘lid’ on PCL price. I mean if you were in WDS why would you want to release information that will accelerate the price of PCL? That means they could fund another well if the MC is high enough. The market ‘manipulator’ in this case is WDS sorry to say. Go slow is on.
