12 drills without any wild cat? if it will happend just companies like exxon mobile or cheveron could do that.
So i suspect:
1. total/shell take another drillship and it in the pace of guyana (stabruk block).
2. Xom for angola
3. Xom for namibia north basin or cheveron for pel 90...
its just a guess... there are mulitple countries on west africa namibia is 1 of them...
