May be PCL realise that most traders are pretty savy these days and can interpret hints pretty well; so, doing this without actually saying it and breaking silence (which could be an agreement) is a good way of alerting we are a goer.
The 4+million in one hit this afternoon is interesting. Maybe someone took the hint!
