Proposals to put the "Cloud Storage systems" in space above the earth to enable cooling of the servers and free power from the sun. Drones to do heaps of stuff. The smart phones to and the associated communication networks are to set up a "Global Brain" with AI providing the CEO's of major companies. IMHO that won't change the need for mobile liquid power supplies like Oil and Gas. Food Production will need mobile power with Tractors and Trucks needed to produce and to transport it to population centres especially in continents like Australia with vast distances between cities. Dispite the Green protests, WDS and associated companies will be necessary well after my lifetime.
