Galp estimated 10 bill before they even began drilling so why wouldnt PCL who have funded their own 3D interpretaions do the same.
Even if WDS drill low probability well 1st, estimates will already be priced in.
Iian wasnt recently promoted for no good reason.
He has 1st hand experience with this part of the process and oppies are candy so that he maximises sh value this time.
