    First, the majority of us know 1st offer is not usually the last, it doesn't or shouldn't need mentioning.

    2nd, we have a market cap circa $150M, WDS are not going to offer $225M (50% premium to SP)
    50% being a common premium to a companies SP.

    Same if we are at $300M, we won't see a $450M offer, the offer will be in correlation to the findings of the survey, not the SP at the time.

    The offer will be $X or $X and a royalty deal
