We tend to imagine the risks are what we have experienced previously but it has a tendency to simply surprise everyone.
You are referring to the nationalisation in Argentina in 2012. I don't see it as a risk now, Its a risk years down the track after all the oilfields have been developed and pumping. Then someone could get an idea they are not getting a fair share. But I see other bigger risks by then.
