Whilst I agree with your sentiment I presume Sintana would not have a non-disclosure clause in relation to what it can and can't say. It is Custos Energy that holds a direct 10% in PEL 83 whilst Sintana holds a carried interest through its indirect investment in Custos? There also simply may not be a non-disclosure agreement between the parties.
Iain, at this stage, is correct in not commenting on any data as the non disclosure clause is still in effect. I am expecting that after the last piece of the jigsaw is received then the interim updates will commence. The last thing a junior wants to do is piss off someone with much larger pockets. Hopefully early next week an annoucement re final data being received and then the webinar (with accompanying asx annoucement) provides an interim update on hydrocarbon plays that have matured sufficiently!
