The Webinar is a week after the release of the 1/2 year report and accounts, give the analysts some time to chew over the numbers and contents, and then give the shareholders some clarificaton, but not new, information and allow then to ask some questions, like an AGM, given that stuff is happening. If there is new stuff to announce, then there should be a release before the webinar.
