The lower the share price, the harder it is for PCL to raise money for the second drill so they will then need to relinquish 10% of the company to WDS instead.Much less dilution for current holders if a raise is done at a higher SP. I dont buy that as I just cant imagine how that sort of conversation would go down at a Woodside board meetings.
