What i found very interesting around 40 minutes into Webinar is that contrary to ticking boxes before farmin clock even starts, Iian agrees that once WDS agree to farm in, 180 day clock will be from Jan, taking us to around July.
Accordingly, I wouldnt discount the possibility of farmin commitment during summit and first drill around the middle of this year
