Another one: perhaps Qatar Energy buys PCL and is happy to become the non operating partner of Woodside?

Or another unknown option? Like PCL merges with one of the smaller players like Africa Oil , Sintana to become an oil producing heavyweight in Namibia Offshore ? Or the Namibian state oil company wants to grow and takes over PCL?

However, if they were manouvering in the background would we not have already seen some share price volatility already? The price seems rock-steady at this stage.
