The CEO of PCL sold out NWE so he could exercise his options.
So, if there is an offer for PCL where are his loyalties now - his back pocket or the shareholders.
Last time, it was not the shareholders.

Plain as daylight what happened with the change of orders with drill....still dirty AF about it TBH....don't trust him as far as I could throw him....still think he should be held accountable for not acting in the best interests of SHs
