PCL is the operator until such a time that WDS sign on the dotted line; and I think you'll find that Namibia has a lot of say in their oil field.
Let's hope that PCL do a good job in the negotiation. Fortunate for us, we do have the complete DATA set and an
independent analysis. If WDS do walk, I think there'll be no shortage of other takers.
