Why are you so puzzled here?
You need to ask yourself the question... why has the market bid PCL up to this level, why the excitement?
I can see that you just don't get it - do you?
You need to think about the concept of "Cheap for a reason"
to get a handle of why one stock sells at a lower market cap than another and vice versa despite apparent value or otherwise.
